Yes, we do offer a gift-wrapping service. Your order will be wrapped in a good Quality wrapping paper, sealed with ribbon along with a gift tag with your very own message at a small fee of 5$ . Simply click on gift wrap option and add your message .
- Where about are you based?

- Do you offer Delivery ?
Yes we do offer delivery in Austin, TX 78739 and the area around it (30 mile radius) with small fees 10$. Usually receive it with in 4- 6 business days. Just send us your Address & contact number via email.
You can Free pickup your order at 6104 Old Fredericksburg Road, Austin TX 78749 . Usually ready in 2- 4 business days. Just send us your contact number via email.
- Do you offer refunds?
Best personalized gifts does not currently accept any refunds on products.
- What if my order is damaged upon delivery?
We try our very best to ensure that all orders get to you in the best of forms, however if there is a breakage or damage to your order, please notify us within 3 working days of delivery. We will either process a refund.
